About the Cave

Do you have regular closing days?
We are open year‑round with no regular holidays. Please feel free to visit.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have space for up to 50 vehicles.
Can I enjoy the cave on rainy days?
Yes, you can enjoy the cave even on rainy days.
※ Operations may be suspended in case of typhoons or torrential, disaster‑level rain. Please contact us in advance.
Can I tour the cave with my pet?
Pets may accompany you on the tour. Please be considerate so as not to disturb other guests.
Can I tour with a stroller or wheelchair?
We’re very sorry, but as this is a natural cave, it is not barrier‑free and cannot accommodate strollers or wheelchairs.
May I eat or drink inside the cave?
Only beverages may be brought in. Food is not permitted.
What are your business hours?
Open daily from 9:00 to 17:30.
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.
What time is the last admission?
The last admission is at 17:00.
Do I need a reservation?
No reservation is required for general admission.
For groups and tours, please reserve in advance.
※ Please make reservations at least one week before your visit.
Can large buses park there?
Yes, up to 6 buses can be accommodated. As guidance is required for large buses, please contact us in advance.
※ Large buses will be guided to a dedicated parking area.
From what age is admission charged?
Tickets are required from age 3. Click here for pricing
Up to what age does the child rate apply?
The child rate applies from age 3 through junior high school students.
Can I use credit cards?
Major credit cards are accepted.
Can I use IC transit cards or e‑money?
Various IC transit cards and e‑money are accepted.
Is photography allowed in the facility?
Yes. Photo spot markers are placed in various locations.
Can large buses park there?
Yes, up to 6 buses can be accommodated. As guidance is required for large buses, please contact us in advance.
Is there a place to leave my luggage?
We can hold your luggage at the reception counter.
※ We cannot keep valuables.
Is there a place to rest?
There is a rest area next to the parking lot, and a café at the cave exit.
Please feel free to use them.
Do you ever close due to bad weather?
We may close in the event of typhoons or natural disasters.
Please contact us in advance to confirm.

About the Forest Café

Can I use the Forest Café only (without visiting the cave)?
Yes, you can. As there is no parking next to the café, please use the cave reception parking lot and then come to the café.
If you are only using the café, please notify the reception.
Does the café offer services other than food and drinks?
Yes. We also sell souvenirs, including CAVE OKINAWA original items and Okinawan specialties. We look forward to your visit.
Is there a seating/rest area?
The Forest Café has 4 seats indoors and 7 seats on the terrace.
