- Are there any fixed holidays?
- We are open all year round, so please feel free to visit us.
- Is there parking available?
- Yes, we have parking space for up to 50 cars.
- Can I enjoy it even if it rains?

You can enjoy it even on rainy days.
* In the event of heavy rain, the cave may be flooded and you may not be able to visit. Please contact us in advance.
- Can I bring my pet with me to the tour?
- Pets are also welcome to join the tour.However, please be considerate and do not cause any inconvenience to other visitors.
- Can I visit the museum with a stroller or wheelchair?
- We are very sorry, but because it is a natural cave, it is not barrier-free and cannot be viewed.
- Can I eat or drink inside the cave?
- Only drinks are allowed to be brought in. Food is not permitted.
- What are your business hours?

It is open all year round from 9:00 to 17:30.
The last admission is 30 minutes before the opening time.
- What time is the reception open until?
- The last admission is at 5pm.

No reservations are required for general admission.
Please make reservations in advance for group and tour admission. * Please make your reservation at least one week in advance.
- Is it possible to park a large bus?

Up to 6 cars can be parked. If you are coming by large bus, please contact us in advance as we will need to guide you.
* Large buses will be directed to a designated parking lot.

- Yes. There are photo spot markers set up in various places.
- Is it possible to park a large bus?
- Up to 6 cars can be parked. If you are coming by large bus, please contact us in advance as we will need to guide you.

There is a rest area next to the parking lot, and a cafe at the exit of the cave.

About Forest Cafe
- Can I use only the Forest Cafe?

Yes, you can. There is no parking lot near the cafe, so please use the parking lot at the cave reception.
If you would like to use the cafe only, please inquire at the reception.
- Does the cafe provide any services other than food and drink?
- We also sell souvenirs at our store. We carry original CAVE OKINAWA products and Okinawan specialties. We look forward to your visit.
- Is there a rest area?
- Forest Cafe has 4 seats inside and 7 seats on the terrace.
