Notes

• • Tickets are valid for one month from the date of purchase.
• • A ticket is required from age 3 and up.
• • Guests who are intoxicated, hungover, or pregnant are kindly asked to refrain from entering.
• • Guests with heart, circulatory, or respiratory conditions—or symptoms that may worsen by participation—are asked to refrain from entering.
• • There are several stairways inside the cave. If climbing up and down stairs is difficult, please refrain from entering.
• • Strollers and wheelchairs cannot be used inside the cave.
• • Food and beverages may not be brought into the cave.
• • Parking on the premises is available only for guests who purchase an admission ticket.
• • Some areas have uneven footing; we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
• • The facility is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or refunds for customer convenience after purchase are not accepted.

• Operations may be suspended due to severe weather or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, refunds are limited to the ticket price only. Travel expenses (including cancellation fees) are not covered.
