- By walking and exploring our well‑maintained 200‑meter cave, participants directly experience the mysteries of nature formed over vast time. We hope this nurtures appreciation for the greatness and preciousness of nature, and deepens understanding and interest in conservation and environmental stewardship.

Regarding Arrival Time
- • We would appreciate a call from the group representative 20–30 minutes before arrival.
- • If you will be late, please contact us as soon as it becomes known. If more than 30 minutes pass from your reserved time without arrival or notice, the booking may be treated as a no‑show cancellation.
- • If public transportation is delayed or suspended due to severe weather, please call us—no cancellation fees will be charged.
- • If we must temporarily close due to circumstances, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Notes
- • In rainy weather, please bring umbrellas or raincoats.
- • Tickets are required from age 3 and up.
- • Guests who are intoxicated, hungover, or pregnant are asked to refrain from entering.
- • Guests with heart, circulatory, or respiratory conditions—or symptoms that may worsen by participation—are asked to refrain from entering.
- • There are several stairways inside the cave. If using stairs is difficult, please refrain from entering.
- • Strollers and wheelchairs cannot be used inside the cave.
- • Please refrain from bringing food and beverages into the cave.
- • Some areas have uneven footing; please wear comfortable walking shoes.
- • The facility cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises.
Cancellation Fees
- • Same‑day cancellations are subject to the following fees.
- • Cancellation on the previous day: 80% of the admission fee
- • Cancellation on the day of visit: 100% of the admission fee
