- While strolling and exploring the well-maintained limestone cave with a total length of 200 meters, we hope you will experience the mystery of nature that was formed over tens of thousands of years, feel the "greatness" and "importance of nature," and deepen your understanding and interest in nature conservation and environmental conservation.

来場時間について
- ・ご来場の際、団体責任者様より20～30分前に当社へご一報いただけると幸いです。
- ・万が一ご予約時間に遅れる場合は、判明した時点で早めにご連絡ください。予約時間を30分を超えても来店されない場合やご連絡がない場合は、無断キャンセルとさせていただきます
- ・悪天候により交通機関が遅延・運休した場合は、その旨お電話でご連絡いただければ、キャンセル料は発生しません。
- ・また、状況により当施設が臨時休業となる事象が発生した場合についてもキャンセル料は発生いたしません。
注意事項
- ・当日雨天時の場合は傘またはレインコートのご持参を宜しくお願い致します。
- ・3歳からチケットが必要です。
- ・飲酒または二日酔いされている方、妊娠中の方はご利用をご遠慮ください。
- ・心臓、循環器系、呼吸器系に疾患のある方、ご利用により悪化するおそれのある症状をお持ちの方は利用をご遠慮ください。
- ・洞窟内は数ヶ所、階段がございます。階段の登り降りが厳しい方はご利用をご遠慮下さい。
- ・ベビーカーや車椅子でご利用はできません。
- ・飲食物のお持込はご遠慮いただいております。
- ・お足元が悪い箇所がございますのでなるべく動きやすい靴でお越しください。
- ・施設内での事故や怪我などにつきましては一切の責任を負いかねます。
キャンセル料について
- ・当日キャンセルにつきましては、下記のキャンセル料が発生します。
- ・前日のキャンセルの場合：入場料の80％
- ・当日のキャンセルの場合：入場料の100%
